DELIVERY TERMS & PAYMENT

TERMS OF SALE & PAYMENT:

 

When placing an order  payment must be through the Paypal portal which creates a legally binding contract with Wylde Oake Artistry.

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.  We will happily exchange or refund items, provided they are returned within 14 days in perfect condition.  No refunds will be made without a receipt/proof of purchase or to third parties.  

DELIVERY:
Delivery costs will be calculated at the checkout and are based geographical location and standard pricing for your address.  Items are sent tracked and signed for via Royal Mail or Parcel-force 48 for larger items.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES:

United Kingdom:  3 - 10 business days 


Currently I am only shipping within the UK due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.

Note:  most items are shipped within 5 business days but the Covid-19 pandemic means delays may occur.  We will contact you if there is going to be a delay due to governmental restrictions and guidelines changing.



ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS:

If the goods can't be delivered due to a miscommunication by yourselves such as the wrong address or you refuse the delivery and the goods are returned to us, then we will refund your payment but minus cost of delivery to you. 

DAMAGED, MISSING OR OTHER ISSUES:

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong piece in order that we may resolve this accordingly.

EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
Custom produces including commissions or personalised items).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item

REFUND:  
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return.  If approved you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.  Please allow sufficient time for your card company to process your refund.
