When you pay via PayPal you do so with the agreement that PayPal can share the information listed on the Log In with PayPal consent screen or in your Log In with PayPal account settings with the participating website.    By allowing PayPal to share your information with third party websites means you are also subject to those third-party terms and conditions and are duly encouraged to review their individual polices.
